On July 11, the United States announced that it would impose a 10% tariff on 200 billion goods from China. The tariff will cover more than 6,000 products with tax codes. The tariff list is 205 pages long, covering fiber, textile materials, hats, glass fiber fabrics and other textile products.

一、 棉花關稅對行業的影響

2017年我國消耗的棉花755萬噸，進口棉花115萬噸，其中50.53萬噸來自于美國，占比達44%。在配額內關稅將由1%增加至26%，每噸的進口成本增加3500元以上。產業用紡織品企業中，襯布、篷帆企業有一定的用棉量，部分企業使用美棉，關稅增加后會給企業產生影響，但可以通過進口棉紗來部分化解。行業內純棉水刺非織造布企業直接使用棉花，美棉關稅上升會給這些企業的成本帶來較大影響；目前我國純棉非織造布的產能在7萬噸左右，棉花需求量相對于傳統棉紡相比要小很多，可以轉而使用其他地區的產品來替代美棉。因此美棉進口關稅上漲，短期內對產業用紡織品的影響不會很明顯。
